Special Cooling Machine for Magnesium Alloy
The special cooling machine for magnesium alloy is a device dedicated to the production process of magnesium alloy and semi-solid die-casting. It is mainly used to improve production efficiency and product quality. It was pioneered globally to solve the problem that the cooling of magnesium alloy and semi-solid die-casting molds cannot achieve temperature balance inside the region.
The equipment uses a coolant with mineral oil as the medium, which does not react violently with magnesium. Even if the pipeline leaks and the coolant seeps into the cavity, it will not cause an explosion or fire like water. This greatly improves the safety of the magnesium alloy die-casting process.
