Guangzhou Daochen Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. started its journey in 2003, the company is located in Panyu District, Guangzhou city. It has been focusing on automotive die-casting and mold intelligent temperature control equipment, automotive die casting components R&D, production and sales, the business covers three main areas:
Automotive die-casting peripheral automation equipment: Centralized Mold Temperature Control System (Closed loop control system), Pure Water Machine, Intrared Thermal Imaging Control System, Machine Side Cooling Station, Oil Temperature Control Machine, Water Temperature Control Machine, Centralized Water Temperature Machine, Jet Cooling Machine, Die Cooling Machine, High Pressure Cooling Integrated Machine, Die External Cleaning Machine, Die Channel Cleaning Machine, and Mold Hydraulic Testing Machine, etc.
Automotive die-casting mold components manufacturing: Insert, Slider, 3D printing, Core pin, Ejector pin, Ejector sleeve, Jet cooler, etc.
Control software R&D and manufacturing: Infrared Thermal Imaging Control System, Centralized Mold Temperature Control System (Closed loop system), Data Analysis Syste, and Production Management System, etc.
Our company has been cooperating with related technical colleges and universities, developed and held a number of national patents, we aim to offer high quality products to our customers. We have been working with many major domestic die-casting mold companies, as well as exporting our machine to Europe, America and Japan, etc. The company currently has 5-axis CNC machining centers, 5-axis turning centers, 3-axis CNC machining centers, Sodick slow wire moving machines, Mirrordick EDM machines, German CNC grinders, German tool presetters, American Leader CMM machines, 3D scanners, CT flaw dectectors, intelligent robot working units, high-end processing and testing equipments and other machines together more than 350 units.
The company aims to improve the technology innovation of China’s die-casting process and die-casting mold industry, and be one of the leading companies in die-casting mold components and intelligent equipment providers at home and abroad.
