Jet Cooling Machine
It is developed for local temperature control of die-casting molds. Its main function is to locally circulate the cooling of the mold during the casting process and to cool the jet pins. The entire mold can be cooled evenly to eliminate thermal shrinkage or early cracking defects in castings. The overall quality of the casting is improved and leakage pressure is reduced, while the service life of the die and core is greatly extended, and the die-casting productivity is improved.
