Die External Cleaning Machine
It is developed for the repair and maintenance of die-casting molds after use. During the die-casting process, after long-term use, a large amount of aluminum slag, mold release agent, and oil will adhere to the surface, which affects product quality and is not conducive to the precision maintenance and use of the mold. This equipment realizes adjustable heating and ultra-high-pressure water cleaning to quickly remove dirt oil, metal powder and dust attached to the surrounding mold.
